CREATIVE DIRECTOR

With backgrounds in corporate marketing and sales, and his years of experience in the high-end, Manhattan studio photography world, Paul brings a unique perspective to content-based, creative marketing.

He blends his expertise in cutting edge technologies and his passion for creativity to create a seamless blend of eye-catching, brand-enhancing visual content for CPG and retail brands alike. He has worked with major brands in the industry, including Diageo, Food Network, Harry’s, Hearst, Target and Zappos.

Paul strives to ensure that he is constantly evolving with the ever-changing photography and advertising industries, and working to remain ahead of the curve and pushing the limits for what is possible.

Paul grew up surrounded by chefs and foodies, worked in restaurants, and has a keen interest in food and cooking, so it is only natural that one of his primary areas would be food and beverage.

When he’s not in the studio, Paul loves to scuba dive and experience the cultures and cuisines of regions around the world, so you’ll often find him researching or planning out his next adventure!

STUDIO MANAGER

Attentive and detail oriented, Juliana loves to be involved in the creative process and see the clients' ideas transformed into reality.

Juliana combines her creative skills, honed at NBC in studio production, years in corporate client interface and her natural engaging personality, to engage with our clients, understand their requirements and make everyone welcome.

When not enjoying the interaction with clients, Juliana loves to run, travel, and enjoy the camaraderie of her Brazilian comrades.

Chef Thierry Chansigau

CULINARY DIRECTOR

With a lifelong love of cooking and broad experience across the culinary spectrum, Chef Thierry utilizes his expertise in global flavors to create not only unique and mouthwatering recipes, but dishes that jump off the plate.

Chef Thierry has an impressive background ranging from working at prestigious restaurants to being a private chef for billionaires.

Trained in rigorous apprenticeship programs and culinary school in France, he loves to use many styles and techniques, inspired by the variety of global flavors, ingredients, and regional dishes.

At YtC, he advises on and oversees various aspects of food photo and video shoots, including recipe development and testing, food styling, and quality control. He can conceptualize and refine digital content plans for brands and restaurants alike, helping to enhance their exposure and appeal, while ensuring recipes and dishes align with brand identities in terms of aesthetics, ingredients, and nutritional and dietary values.
